Carmen Avenue Apartments - Livermore, CA

Carmen Avenue provides 30 units of affordable housing and supportive services to community members that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless: domestic violence survivors, youth aging out of the Alameda County Foster Care system, and physically disabled persons. The new development located in Livermore is conveniently accessible to public transportation, shopping, employment, and education amenities. This development, completed in 2007 was the most highly scored GreenPoint Rated affordable housing project in the state of California. Carmen Avenue incorporates energy efficiency technology, waste reductions and use of sustainable materials into its design.

Lorenzo Creek Apartments - Castro Valley, CA

Lorenzo Creek Apartments, provides 28 units of affordable housing to serve the housing and service needs of formerly homeless and disabled households from the Mid-, Eastern, and Southern region of Alameda County. These units are permanently affordable to very low-income households and are linked to an integrated network of on- and off-site services specifically designed to address the multiple needs of formerly homeless and disabled persons and their families. Additionally, universal designs is incorporated in the unit plans, common spaces, and parking so that the entire development is physically accessible and/or adaptable to persons with a variety of disabilities.

Mission Bell Apartments - San Leandro, CA

Mission Bell Apartments features 25 renovated supportive housing units targeted for very low-income individuals and small families. The complex was re-opened in 2006 after renovations were completed. Mission Bell Apartments is one of the projects first funded by the County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). Mission Bell Apartments currently house six of the MHSA program recipients.

Rotary BridgeWay Apartments - Fremont, CA

Rotary BridgeWay is a 26-unit housing project with a large community-room, program services office, outdoor gardens and sports court that was built around 8 units of existing affordable housing. It opened in August 2005 and currently provides permanent and transitional affordable housing to very low income adults and families, as well as persons with special needs.
