Supportive Housing Communities

Abode Services’ Supportive Housing Communities help prevent homelessness by combining assisted rental housing with support services for low-income residents, many whom have special needs and require ongoing support. Services are offered on site and include a wide range of programs, including case management, mental health care and substance recovery services, employment services, parenting, and children’s programs. Permanent supportive housing is recognized nationally as an effective solution to ending homelessness.
