Two Grants Build Healthcare Services

Tri-City Homeless Coalition has been awarded two grants that will fortify the health services for our clients. The California Wellness Foundation has awarded TCHC a three-year grant to provide mental health services to the emancipated foster youth in Project Independence. The California Endowment has awarded TCHC a two-year grant to create an Integrated Health Service Team. This team will provide health care and mental health care to clients at BridgeWay Apartments and Lorenzo Creek Apartments, the affordable housing sites. These grants will tremendously enhance our ability to provide high quality health care to our clients.
